My son absolutely loves his Tonies box and is constantly changing characters and enjoying the stories.

One of the best items we have ever bought.

If I could give zero, I would! I understand things can go wrong, items can be faulty etc but this company’s customer service is so appalling. My little boy’s Santa present doesn’t work. I have emailed multiple times and this issue is still unresolved. I just received another reply from them today to my last email which was sent 1 MONTH ago in which they state my tonies box is faulty. Shocking experience! Avoid!! I have a very disappointed 5 year old!

Such an amazing product. My children listen to the Tonie Boxes every night before bed. They’re always a big hit on play dates too. Would thoroughly recommend.

People who complains, please note it's after christmas and you might not be the only who's sending mail. Calm down, i'm pretty sure you issues will be solved asap.

This is such a well designed product - produced with children and parents in mind. My twins love their Toniebox and we play multiple different Tonies every single day. We use white noise for every nap and then music every morning and bath times too. It’s so accesssible - they’ve been using it independently since they were around 15 months. And I can see they’ll get more and more out of it as they get older. Would definitely recommend to all parents. Worth the investment! Only downside is not waterproof so needs supervision in the bathroom!

Amazing product, my daughter absolutely loves it and loves dancing to the musical characters. Perfect for any age! Such a great gift idea.

Tonie boxes are fab! Both my boys (2 and 5) love theirs. Once set up (which can take a bit of perseverance, but even I managed and I’m not very patient with tech!) they are so easy for even a 2 year old to successfully use. Lovely tactile figures play stories and songs they can access themselves at any time. Would recommend for any age!

Really disappointed with how we have been dealt with. Currently my son still doesn’t have a working tonies box. It was his Christmas present too which is heart breaking

I sent it back two weeks ago and I’ve been ignored ever since. I must have emailed 3 times a week since but ignored from several different methods of contact via email.

Be weary I hope you don’t have the same experience as we have. We have lost £120

Our toddler absolutely loves her tonie box! She chooses the tonie, puts in on the box and switches it on herself. It gives her the ability to choose what she listens to, and she sits and happily plays while it's on in the background. We have bought some ready-made tonies as well as creative tonies for grandparents to read her bedtime stories. It's a great design, perfect for little ones, I can't recommend it enough!

Had a tonie gifted to my daughter for her birthday and after hours of trying to get it to connect to the WiFi, it just wont. Hotspots don't work either. Just keep getting the "hedgehog" error code.
Tried contacting customer service for advice /help in the matter. Nobody answers phone and no email reply back.

Absolutely a nightmare setting up this disaster.
Add to the mind boggling wifi- setting up instructions (in this day and age when technology is so simple) I also had a crying child who wanted this thing to work!!
I cannot believe how hard they have made it for consumers.
Please do not buy this unless you know an actual person who can set it up.

The website is user friendly, all info needed available. Great sales and the product itself is an Excellent device, great stories available and it has taken the kids away from screens which is enhancing their imagination and sleep patterns

Sent a Tonie that won't play when placed on the box. The returns policy is only for unopened Tonies. I have contacted Customer Service, but had no response. So have a faulty item with no understanding of how to return it.

The Toniebox has become an essential part of our bedtime routine! Before the Toniebox getting my toddler to bed would take hours and she'd be so unsettled if left alone.
Now we read a story together, enjoy a cuddle and when it's time for lights out she loves choosing a character to go on the Toniebox, listening to the story and drifting off to sleep.

Product turned up with broken firmware. Required a lot of messing about to fix it... The box lacks any basic controls and expects you to slap the sides to change tracks, this works 50% of the time.

The Tonies them selves are decent quality models but the songs on them are dreadful covers... you would expect the original songs for the price you pay but no... instead you get songs that sound like they came from a university project.

Overall it's a massive scam and I advise everyone to avoid!
